How to place an order on the webshop?

  • Click on the Webshop menu item, select any product category and then the product you want to buy. Click the "Add to Cart" button.
  • You can add more products to your cart by clicking the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button.
  • Click the "VIEW CART" button to complete your purchase.
  • Registration is not mandatory, it is also possible to purchase as a guest.
  • For guest purchases, enter your personal and billing information, select a payment method, select the date of delivery, and then select a delivery method.
  • If you are already registered in our webshop, click on the "I ALREADY PURCHASED HERE, I ENTER" button, then enter your e-mail address and password. The system will then automatically fill in the form with the information you provided earlier. Please check your details, select a payment method, select the date of delivery, and then select a delivery method.
  • Check the box next to "I accept the General Terms and Conditions by clicking the “My Order” button and the text "I have read, understood and accepted the information in the Privacy Policy" and then click the "ORDER" button.
  • We will automatically send you a reminder e-mail about the order you have placed. This is to indicate that your order has been received by us. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail within a few hours, please contact our customer service: webshop@implantplaza.hu

 

Order processing time:

  • Orders received through the webshop can be fulfilled as soon as possible on the second day following the day of the order. In the case of some products, the deadline for fulfilling the order is longer, this information is always indicated on the data sheet of the given product.
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to accept orders for weekends and holidays. Thus we can fulfill orders placed on Friday the next business day at the earliest.



ATTENTION

  • If you have chosen the "Cash" payment method, we will no longer be able to accept other payment methods upon receipt (you will no longer be able to pay with a credit card)!
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to accept Loyalty Cards, Gift Cards, SZÉP cards, Erzsébet vouchers when paying for web orders!
  • If you have any questions about your order or any complaints, please contact our customer service.
  • If your order cannot be fulfilled (out of stock and we are unable to purchase it), we will notify you by e-mail.
