Prof. Dr. Daniel Buser is the author and co-author of more than 300 publications in national and international journals. He is the author and co-author of several works in GBR (Guided Bone Regeneration in Implant Dentistry) I. (1993) and II. (2008). President of the Swiss Implant Foundation and member of the Osteological Foundation. He is a former president of the International Society of Implantology (ITI), the European Society for Osseointegration (EAO), the Swiss Society of Oral Surgery (SSIO) and the Swiss Association of Oral Surgery and Dentistry (SSOS). He has won the André Schroeder Research Prize (1995) and the Brånemark Osseointegration Award (2013), among others.
